Full-stack Developer

We're currently looking at adding a senior to the team to help take on more projects (and build current ones even faster). Everyone has a specialty but will still help out across the stack. We do a fair bit of peer programming and helping each other out as well.

We build the role around the right person, be that as a Senior back-end developer, lead full-stack developer or head of engineering.

What this job entails.

We build startups, which means that you're going to be moving onto a number of products (you'll normally move onto a new one every 4-8 weeks). Typically work in 2-3 man multi-skilled teams and divide a project among the team. Y

our role will be to provide guidance and support to others on a project and provide leadership and advice on how best to solve problems. You'll need a strong back-end focus, but also be able to do dev-ops and work across the stack depending on the project.

The projects that we build are normally trying to build something new that hasn't been done before. They're innovative and cutting edge that move SA tech forward.
